Course designer
Format
Semester-long team project, online, digital milestones

CompetenceRunning a team project end to end with asynchronous, digital milestone assessment.

Course

A semester-long Master’s project in English, in which student teams apply Digital Innovation concepts to a development project. The course was newly designed for its first delivery in Winter 2026/27.

Teams of four to six students work in five two-week sprints on GitLab, with mandatory check-ins and a peer-feedback round. I coach the teams through the sprints.

Format

The course is designed for online delivery. Asynchronous modules carry the concepts, and the team work runs in GitLab-based repositories with milestones that are assessed digitally.

Assessment

Assessment is digital and runs through the milestones.

Transfer

The course runs a team project end to end with asynchronous, digital coordination, which resembles how many distributed teams work.
